Over the past three years, she has partnered with founders and leadership teams across the US and Europe to recruit key talent and support internal HR operations. Before launching NOORI, Hanna built recruitment and HR functions in-house at early-stage startups, giving her firsthand insight into what growing teams truly need to scale: aligned skill sets, trust, structure, and strong communication. She brings a calm, strategic approach to every engagement, shaping processes that are thoughtful, efficient, and aligned for long-term success. She works closely with leaders to navigate high impact hires, evolving team structures, and the human dynamics that come with organizational growth.
