Hanna is the founder and principal recruiter of NOORI. Over the past three years, she has partnered with founders and leadership teams across the US and Europe to recruit key talent and support internal HR operations. Before launching NOORI, Hanna built recruitment and HR functions in-house at early-stage startups, giving her firsthand insight into what growing teams truly need to scale: aligned skill sets, trust, structure, and strong communication. She brings a calm, strategic approach to every engagement, shaping processes that are thoughtful, efficient, and aligned for long-term success. She works closely with leaders to navigate high impact hires, evolving team structures, and the human dynamics that come with organizational growth. This work is what inspired the creation of NOORI: the strong belief that when the right conditions are in place, the right people and teams are drawn to it, allowing potential to unlock and your business to thrive.

Andie is the principal sourcer at NOORI. She works behind the scenes in recruitment engagements to identify and engage aligned talent. She is highly nuanced and highly specialized in understanding what will work in practice for a specific role, team, and stage. Her experience includes supporting global and cross-functional searches in technology, advertising, creative, and product organizations, which has shaped her steady, detail-driven approach to sourcing. Andie is known for her ability to grasp role needs quickly, read between the lines, and surface candidates who bring both capability and potential. Through each search, she ensures the process feels thoughtful and considered from start to finish.
